Clergy on Call Ministries, in New York City, is a local officiant service led by Pastor Bill Britton. Mr. Britton, who became an ordained minister in the eighties, after that served for two decades as a full-time pastor. Then he received a Master’s in Divinity and another in Theology from the Western Seminary in Portland. Mr. Britton conducts non-denominational Christian weddings and funerals. He is also available to oversee non-religious services.
